Love my new toaster and kettle great…
Love my new toaster and kettle great looking and they work. Very impressed with the quality , Pro-Cook will be my place to go for kitchen ware from now on. Fed up with the brands that don’t deliver paying just for the name.

Excellent service
Uncertain as to which of the wide selection of knives we wanted, the assistant patiently and courteously allowed us to check out the different ranges. Adhering closely to the security requirements of selling dangerous goods, her calm demeanor and sense of humour made it a pleasant experience.

There's few item I needed to return, but there return policy is smooth I just needed to show the receipt and they exchanged it.
