I have recently purchased a wooden chopping board. Unfortunately the board has warped badly after a short period.. The shop assistant was very helpful with a refund for the product so I could choose an alternative in the shop. Very quick and easy to change.

Kindness and patience
Customer service at the shop is really good. I don't remember his name but a young man helped me and was patient when I changed my mind and exchanged the product for another one for the same price 30 min later. Brilliant product, I have use it already.

Buying a kitchen knife
Buying a kitchen knife, the friendly staff offered me essential advice. I was allowed to cut up a tomato and decide on the right knife for me. Good hands-on experience in a lovely shop.

Too much spam
Good company lovely shop, but the amount of emails i have received in 3 days is just incredible. Really spoils the experience. They make you get an email receipt so they can spam you with adverts. Annoying.
