Was greeted by an enthusiastic member and of staff who was knowledgeable about the product I wanted and listened to my requirements offering suitable options. I was given a practical demonstration and was allowed to handle and try the different utensils before making a purchase.

Lifetime guarantee is so user-friendly!
We had problem in re-fixing the press button for our salt grinder which was purchased more than a year ago. We took it to the shop and the staff quickly sorted out the solution and showed us how to re-fix it rightaway. Super friendly and efficient!

We knew what we wanted to buy so our trip was successful. As the colour of the product was not on floor tge assistant went to get one from stock held. It is rare to see now a days an assistant going to look for what customers want. I feel you akways get the reply of " what we gave is on the shopfloor".
