Really bad
Really bad, didn’t receive my order then customer service says they have already been delivered to Rotherham, whilst I live in Scotland! Then proceed to cancel the order without a reason! Shocking service and meanwhile my daughter is disappointed not getting her trainers!

Didn't receive the service paid for
Paid for next-day delivery. It arrived late.
Customer service initially offered a £10 goodwill credit or a £3 refund. As I had no intention of ordering again, I asked for the goodwill gesture to be provided as a refund instead. Suddenly the goodwill disappeared and I was offered just £3.
To me, a goodwill gesture should recognise the inconvenience caused, not be conditional on spending more money with the company.
Disappointing service, disappointing resolution, and not a company I'll be using again.

Paid extra for next day delivery, but my order arrived a day late. Customer service responded promptly, but instead of automatically refunding the delivery charge, I had to contact them and was only offered a partial cash refund or store credit. The product itself was fine, but the delivery experience and after sales handling were disappointing.
