If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged £280 for a callout and basic diagnostic for a blown fuse, by a guy who took one look at the fuse board, winced theatrically, and very clearly saw... See more

I would avoid
I called Emergency Plumber Bromley (by professionals immediately) as I needed a pipe sealing or new tap replacing (either would have been acceptable at the time). They did neither of those things, claiming I’ll need a builder and another plumber and leaving me with no water and charging £150 for the privilege. I was left with no water and had to call another plumber who was able to fix the issue within 20 minutes
They also told me if I called them the next day they could come and fix it, which is weird when they couldn’t fix it during the emergency hour I paid for.
I have tried to email the company to ask for a part refund (not even a full one), however they haven’t responded to any of my emails.

Stay away from both using them and being part of their organisation.
I am not a competitor I am not in the same business as they are at all. Their business is a web business and I am an Electrician.
They phone me regularly and they tell me how they will give me jobs.. Give implying it's for free. But no, they want half of the incredibly over inflated takings. They don't care if you are qualified or anything. They target small businessmen and if you think about it, charging £300 for a couple of hours work will inflate your turnover immensely and also your costs and giving the customers of the Electricians a really bad deal.

I called a plumber
I called a plumber as I had a leak in my ceiling. The plumber came around 30 mins after I called and fixed the issue, although it was a bit expensive. I would recommend in case of an emergency.

Absolute cowboy and con artist's jam a self employed joiner so I no the ruff prices I went through a rad pipe while fitting skirting board it was easy access as I chased out the wall it took them 20mins the two guys what turn up it don't even think they where plumbers no van just a batterd old car they couldn't speak a word of English and where rude, once the job was done the put me on the phone to the guy who takes payment he told me when I 1st rang its £65 plus materials which I fort no more than £80 total as the part they fitted cost only £3 he then said the total price including vat, fees, materials etc £450 which I obviously didn't pay then 335,then 225 I said the most am paying is £120 take it or leave and after arguing for 30mins it which is still well over priced and to say I found these on Google they need shutting down
We had a poor experience of this…
We had a poor experience of this company through their emergency-plumber 24 hour. We had a pipe burst in our living room on a weekend. I called them and the person said there would be a £75 call out charge plus labour and that the plumber should be there in 30 minutes. Over an hour later the plumber arrived - he was good and fixed the problem.
On completion he told us the total bill was £300 with only £10 parts (no VAT). At no point had I been informed of the expensive hourly rate and neither had I been informed that they don't accept credit cards. The plumber then told me he wasn't allowed to leave until I paid then and there!
They need to be much more transparent and modern about their charges and payment methods - this felt unprofessional and I would encourage them to address it.
