I loved the delivery time

I loved the delivery time, at first the flowers were not upto expectations. BUT customer service rep Vinay really did an excellent job in sending his apologies and making it up promptly. I am impressed as to how him and this company maybe didn’t get it right the first time but they came back the second time excellent. You dont see that level of customer service now a days. Definitely going to keep staying as a loyal customer. Really impressed overall to make it right!

The flowers did not arrive.

The flowers were reported delivered, but were left at the incorrect house and never delivered to the recipient. The flowers were left with no water in the vase, and in Arizona that did not go well, and the flowers died quickly. I reported this to Pro flowers, who said they are investigating and will get back to me, which is why I didn’t leave one star.

Dead roses and wilted leaves…

The roses in the flower arrangement never opened along with the leaves being wilted. The amount of flowers provided was too small for the size of the vase.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Need live agent not AI. Flowers delivered outside promised window of 9am - 7pm.

The flowers dont look anything like…

The flowers dont look anything like what I ordered. And the vase is red glass! Eww. SO ugly. Not what I wanted for my mother for mothers day at all.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The bouquet looked nothing like in the picture. Most flowers were swapped for something else without warning or my approval. The overall color and feel of the bouquet was different. And the flowers weren’t fresh!!!
