I ordered a bouquet for my mom's 78th birthday. I put in an order several days ahead of time so it would get there in time. I assumed everything was fine until it was 5:00PM on my mom's birthday and she still hadn't received the flowers. I contacted customer service and they said they weren't able to get the delivery in time and they wouldn't deliver it until the next day. They ruined my mother's birthday present and didn't even contact me to let me know the order would be late. I'm highly disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.
UPDATE: Customer service called me this morning to apologize and assured me my flowers would be delivered to my mother today. When I hadn't gotten a delivery notification by 4, I contacted customer chat. The person I was chatting with had me wait for 30 minutes then dropped the chat. I called customer service and they said the delivery was delayed again and it will now be another day before my flowers are delievered. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I spent over an hour dealing with customer service just to get this resolved. Now I get to spend another day worrying about if my order will actually get delivered or not.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Two days later they call me and say that the flowers cannot be there until after another's day. Three days after Mother's Day. It took me 5 minutes to understand the representative that called from overseas. So I just cancel the order and went to a better company. I will never do business with them again.

By far the worst experience I’ve had with flower delivery. I placed an order for my wife’s birthday and at the end of the day, was notified that the order has been delayed two days. It’s day two and when I called, the agent said it was not rescheduled and he would do it the. I refused and currently waiting on a refund. Hopefully that won’t get rescheduled. Buyer beware on this one.

My sister sent flowers for 2 reasons. 1) my husband who passed 2 weeks ago. 2) I had a major surgery 2 days ago. The flowers that were sent were not what my sister order. I sent her a Pic & she sent the picture of what she ordered. The flowers delivered were wilted & not what she ordered. She called them as soon as I sent her the pic of what they delivered. She ordered roses & I received a lily & pompons like flowers nothing like what she ordered.

I spent almost $100 on flowers +delivery. I ordered white roses and cala lillies. Both came with dead, brown edges. I did complain to customer service and they offered to replace them. Unfortunately, I didn't want to take the chance of the new flowers arriving in the same condition AND they would not have made it for the special occasion 😕

Delivered a flower arrangement that was much smaller and with cheaper flowers than the image on the website. Called customer service, and they apologized and would send a correct one. This was never delivered and no word from them after this.

Be aware - the photos online are not what you are likely to get delivered no matter what upgrade you select. Ordered congrats arrangement for my daughter delivered to her business. Photo online shows roses and premium blooms plus a succulent. What she received was low grade “weed” flowers, no roses, no succulent. Colors were correct. I complained and was offered a 2nd arrangement delivered. Said yes as long as it had roses at least. It did not. Not even 1 rose. Nothing in the arrangement was aromatic except maybe a couple carnations. Did not and will not complain a 2nd time. Learned my lesson. Do not recommend this company. Will not use again.

I ordered a bouquet of tulips & irises. The irises were in buds that apparently were supposed to open after receiving them. However, only one of the eight or so buds opened. I think this may be because the bouquet was picked up for delivery early in the morning and spent the whole day on the truck before being delivered late in the evening.
