Phone calls were answered by people who are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Efficient use of technology, order was confirmed, followed by invoice. The web site was updated with items out of stock. We were informed when deliveries would arrive. Excellent customer service

Hello, we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery charges. As we deliver using frozen vehicles our deliveries are more expensive which we appreciate can be difficult for businesses. We offer free delivery on orders of 15 frozen items or more; the closer you get the 15 boxes, the lower the delivery charge. Delivery is also included with any of our bundles online. Please do get in touch and we can discuss some ways to bring the delivery charges down for you in future.
