Answering the questions was quite frustrating. It glitched alot. You have to press the answer several times before it takes it. Then when you go to the next one it takes you back to the one you just finished answering. Many of my answers did not save. I spent alot of time trying to answer those questions. But everything else was easy to maneuver.
I am also not getting the opportunity at very many studies. I was hoping there would be much more available. I have been waiting with no studies at all. But I only just started so perhaps it takes time. I did manage to do one of the studies and it did not pay very well. I’m hoping that other studies can pay better. I will have to wait and see.

Zero customer service. Goodluck if you have issues.
Been on here for a couple years. Thousands of submissions. Never once have I received any sort of customer service. They do not care about their participants in any way shape or form. It's absolutely disgusting. Researchers have stolen hundreds from me and I never get a single bit of help. Just had a $170 study rejected for absolutely no valid reason and I'll never see that money. Just stolen. They will not help. They never do. They do not care about their participants AT ALL.

Prolific is a fair, honest and fun!! Its pretty straight forward. They produce studies and if you can relate to any of them click on it, answer HONESTLY and thoroughly and get paid for your participation. Its a win win. So if you have a few minutes or hours try them out.....you won't regret it. 10 Stars!!!!!

It's secure and stable, not a scam and the withdraw limit is actually easy to achieve. The studies aren't like surveys they usually have a specific reason with specific instructions for being there. I really enjoy prolific and have suggested the platform to my friends.
