Unreliable Service and Nonexistent Communication
Doing business with Proline Design has been a deeply frustrating experience. Communication is a severe issue—Niek simply does not respond to emails or messages.
The timeline has been a mess from the start. First, the installation was postponed because the factory couldn't complete the materials on time. Once the material was finally ready, it turned out to be the wrong color, leading to yet another delay.
To top it off, the windows were delivered directly to my property over a month early without any prior communication, permission, or arrangements. They have now been sitting out in front of my home for more than a month, and Proline Design remains completely unreachable.
Given such nonexistent customer service and appalling communication, I have no idea how this company stays in business. Avoid them if you value clear communication and professional service.
