The dress was shipped a day earlier than expected. The dress was absolutely beautiful. Minor alterations around chest and an inch taken off the bottom but still long enough to flow. Granddaughter is 5’11” 160 lbs and ordered a size 10.

Beware of small print- store credit only for all returns
I returned a dress within 7 days and still had to pay return shipping, only to receive store credit instead of a refund. Very disappointing return policy and customer experience. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from this website again.

Very bed experience
Very bed experience . I ordered dress that appears to can’t be returned or exchanged. My daughter ordered 6 and she loves the dress because it’s for her prom. I bagged to be exchanged to only one size up and they do not help at all told me to order new one and sale the dress . Who would do that so unhappy. Please be careful. If you can’t accommodate address for a prom girl, that is one of the biggest achievements and you are advertising dresses then what can you do?

RThe dress was beautiful, didn't take long to arrive. Since the dress was small, I called customer service, they helped me on how to do a return, I got my label for return, they sent the 2nd dress to me, immediately arrived, my return was received quickly also after I had already received 2nd dress. I love the time quality of getting my order. The quality of the dress material was absolutely stunning. The way the package was packed, showed the quality of the product. Definitely recommend this company to anyone.
