I ordered a dress online at Promgirl.
I received the dress very fast in about 10 days, it came from the USA to the Netherlands.
It was nicely and securely packed.
When I opened the package, I looked at a beautiful dress, just like in the video. The fabric is very beautiful.
The communication with Promgirl was also great. They respond quickly.
I am very happy with my dress and would definitely recommend Promgirl. Thank you Promgirl for making my special day even more special! 🥰🌷🍀

This was the most devastating and awful…
This was the most devastating and awful experience! My daughter never received her dress even though it was “marked” as delivered. I was told that was proof enough even AFTER I was told that a signature would be needed for this dress to be delivered. Dress after shipping was nearly $600!!! We disputed and disputed again and have been told that just because it was marked as dleivered(NO PHOTO, NO SIGNATURE REQUESTED FOR OR UPON THE “alleged delivery”) just a box that was marked by the driver. Also have ring doorbell for proof and NO Delivery THAT DAY. I am out $600 and told to make police report and file with delivery company. UPS. $600 later, no prom dress and no assistance or compassion or anything with this company.

Not Honest Nor Transparent/ Avoid Them
The first dress I bought a couple years ago and I canceled the order almost immediately due to my child telling me she decided not to go to prom after I told her “I just ordered your dress”. I contact them and they say they can’t cancel it but as soon as I get it, send it back. I do just that.
I see no refund so I contact them and they tell me it is an in store credit only. I’m pissed now cause they had not shipped the order when I cancelled so why not cancel the order and why not tell me then that it would be an in store credit only. I’ll tell you why cause they were hiding the fact that it was a in store credit. That is also another reason they didn’t cancel the order so they could still make the sell. So I had a credit there for 2 years.
Fast forward to now. I order a dress, my child doesn't like the fit. I send it back for the same dress but a smaller size. I’m waiting for my exchange.
I contact them and they say my order is waiting for payment. These jokers done changed me another shipping fee but again didn’t divulge this pertinent information when I contacted them for the exchange. I do not like sneaky and underhanded companies and they are one. I will never use them again and you should be cautious if you think you want to use them.

I already stated I canceled the order immediately there is no way you put it into fulfillment within 5 minutes. Once again no accountability. When a customer calls and speaks to your team they should definitely relay the information instead you trying to justify it by saying our policy is on our website. Do better!

Nice dresses very short return window despite purchasing free return
The dresses are beautiful and they are a great price. I paid for the free returns but I didn’t realize I had about 10 days after I got the dress to make a decision, so I missed the return window. I bought two dresses because my daughter wasn’t sure which one would fit better and of course it’s an online store so you can’t try them on. I am a little disappointed, but it’s my mistake. Still, I feel their return policy is short and paying extra for free returns gives the buyer the impression that you have time. You do not. Once you get the dress, try it on and return it immediately if you don’t like it. Other than their return policy, everything was awesome. Highly recommend if you know that the dress is going to fit and you have no intention of returning it.

Too strict of a return-exchange policy
My daughter ordered two dresses —the same dress in 2 sizes. She only opened one and it fit perfectly. Unfortunately the system will
