Perfect for travel
Test kits arrived quickly, with clear instructions. Tests were easy to complete, certificates arrived promptly and were accepted for travel from Canada to US. It saved us not only a lot of money (vs the going rate for antigen testing for travel purposes) but mostly a lot of stress, as trying to book a test anywhere within a set time frame is currently extremely challenging!

Extremely delayed and no answer.

Of course, the tests were useless when arrived and I end up doing having to do the COVID test in the pharmacy.
This type of product cannot delay that much otherwise becames useless.
I tried to contact them by email and request return/refund and never get an answer.
Honestly, not reliable...

We shipped your order the next day as promised and shipped with Fedex, after that it is also out of our control. The tests remain valid until used so hopefully you can use it in the near future, we also replied to your email, but we did not receive an answer back.
