We’re disappointed to read this, particularly as your comments give the impression that they are based on experience of our paid programme when you have not joined or used it.
Our free webinars are designed to introduce people to property sourcing, our approach and the training available for those who choose to take things further. There is no obligation to purchase.
We also want to directly address your suggestion that people appearing on our webinar were “paid” to say positive things. That is simply not true. We will always welcome genuine feedback and differing opinions, but we believe it is important to correct factual claims like this.
We’re proud of the community we’ve built and the members who choose to share their own experiences and successes.
Flip Remotely won’t be for everyone, and that’s absolutely fine. We simply ask that people distinguish between their experience of attending a free webinar and the experience of actually being a member of the programme.

I purchased the course on 20 August 2026. Requested a cancellation immediately after my 1-2-1 on the 28th of August, I have not accessed, opened, or used any of the course materials. Please provide details of the legal basis on which you contend my cancellation and refund rights have been lost, including any express consent you rely upon and the relevant terms presented during purchase. If access was never used, I request that this matter be reviewed and a refund considered.

Really helpful and easy to follow
I’ve really enjoyed Flip Remotely Mastery by Tom Wade. The training is clear, practical, and easy to understand without being overwhelming. Tom and Tomasz both explain things in a really down-to-earth way and make the whole process feel achievable.

I'm 4 weeks into Tom Wade flip remotely mastery on the Skool app, it's one of the best courses I have down so far. His mindset calls are fantastic and he has a step by step training on how to flip houses remotely, I'm learning how to set up my own website! I highly recommend this course, there is so much information available.

A Great Community for Learning, Taking Action and Building Connections
I joined Flip Remotely with the aim of developing my knowledge of property sourcing and, so far, I’ve been really pleased with the experience.
What I’ve particularly enjoyed is that it encourages you to actually get out there and take action. There’s plenty to learn, but you’re also encouraged to speak to agents and sellers, analyse real opportunities and build relationships rather than spending all your time watching training videos.
The community has been a big positive for me too. I’ve connected with some genuinely good people, shared ideas and had conversations that have helped me look at deals from different perspectives. There’s a real willingness amongst members to help each other and collaborate.
Tom is enthusiastic about what he teaches and clearly wants people to take what they learn and do something with it. I also enjoyed the live event, particularly having the opportunity to meet other members face-to-face and build genuine connections.
Like anything in property, joining a programme isn’t going to do the work for you. You still have to put the time in, do your own due diligence and take consistent action. But from my experience so far, Flip Remotely has given me a good environment in which to do that.
I’m enjoying the journey and looking forward to seeing where it takes me.
