The live Flip Remotely event was really informative and enjoyable.

I felt it was well structured with a mix of excellent 'how to' content along with inspiring stories from those who've created great success for themselves, often as property newbies, through following Tom's programme.

There was a great bunch of people in the room which made the networking exercise we were given, a real pleasure.

I would highly recommend attending this live event which then flows seamlessly into the online learning and support on offer.

Absolutely awesome day! Truley invaluable, i feel that i took alot from the live event which i now really want to put into practice. Met some great people there and started the networking process.

The event was very informative but did not feel I was in a classroom environment it was a lot more relaxed. Brilliant event for networking and I met several people who are st the same stage as me. Would encourage anyone to get involved.

None of my questions were answered - Price and scarcity: “You said tonight is a five-person, one-night-only offer at £1,997, but your sales page appears to show different prices in different places. What is the genuine standard selling price, how many people have actually paid £7,200 in the last 12 months, and will you confirm in writing that this £1,997 price will not be offered again after tonight?”

Propernetics lifetime access: “Tonight you said lifetime access, free upgrades and no subscription. Your written material also refers to software becoming £97/month after a period. Exactly which software is lifetime-free, which becomes chargeable, and what will I pay in years 2, 3 and 5?”All ongoing costs: “Please give me a complete list of every additional cost I could reasonably incur: software, Dryv, advertising, legal fees, AML registration, redress scheme, insurance, websites, phone systems, data, Companies House searches and anything else.”

50/50 partnership: “When you say ‘we split the profits 50/50’, what exactly constitutes profit? Who controls the buyer, who invoices whom, when am I paid, and can you provide the agreement before I join?”
Legal status of sourcing: “Will I be operating as an estate agent/property sourcer for regulatory purposes? What AML registration, redress scheme membership, professional indemnity insurance and data-protection requirements will I need?”

Contracts: “You say you provide all legal contracts needed to run the business safely. Which solicitor drafted them, when were they last reviewed, and are they specifically compliant with current England and Wales property-sourcing regulations?”

AI calling: “Who is legally responsible for AI outbound calls? How do you ensure compliance with PECR, UK GDPR, TPS/CTPS restrictions, call recording rules and direct-marketing consent?”

Advertising claims: “You said you can teach someone to put £1 into Facebook ads and get £5 back, and gave an example of £1,000 becoming £10,000. Are those typical results? What is the median verified advertising return for members?”

Time commitment: “You repeatedly say around five hours per week. What is the median weekly time actually spent by members who complete their first deal within 90 days?”

Absolutely great day with Tom, Tomasz and learnt alot. If you are thinking of investing or learning about property. Definitely would suggest on going!

Very glad I booked the event, lots of energy from Tom and the team, met lots of great people and made contacts with the same goals, I highly recommend it if you want to follow this path to remote working, gives you the motivation you need , 10/10

Attended the introductory webinar where they described the offer and benefits of the course but it felt like their were tactics to push you to buy like saying people had payment processing issues, so they will increase the time you can buy by 15 minutes but they mentioned in emails you can still pay later, creating unnecessary pressure as they mentioned something similar in a webinar in the following week.

Be careful. After attending a three-hour coaching session that turned out to be more of a sales pitch, none of my questions were actually answered. I later realized it appeared to be a scam and decided to look deeper into the reviews. I found many complaints from people describing it as fraudulent. Several reviewers said they tried to cancel and request a refund within just two weeks of joining, but their refund requests were refused. They also promise to refund all the money if you don’t succeed. yet reading those sort of reviews are clear enough to know you will not get your money back because they actually make money by selling this coaching course not by flipping properties. They encourage people to join by telling them it’s free and than at end ask for you to buy coaching package
