Always worth reading the articles and the members comments. It’s very rarely that I don’t learn something, no matter how trivial it’s still useful. You can also post readers questions and start meaningful discussions, which in turn can aid someone else. Overall, what’s not to like!

A very useful landlord resource that keeps users up to date with legislative changes, while thoughtfully exploring policy changes and their ramifications. Although articles are free to view, I consider it worth taking out a modest subscription to support their work. The company has also proved useful with tax planning, in our case by forming a partnership.

Keeps readers up to date with essentials; industry information/sharing of knowledge as well as the sharing of reader experiences which are just as useful. This site is a good resource for leaseholders as it is for freehold properties and readers can ask questions. This online resource gives me insight into how other landlords are responding to the challenges as well as news developments.

Every week I learn something new I now know I won't be left in the dark it is very comforting and reassuring.

The founder has excellent knowledge on property investment and there are many other contributors who are able to give advice. They post interesting topics daily and so I check the website every day to catch up. I would recommend this site to everyone who owns property in the UK.
