I had a free 30 min consultation with Johnathan Chapman who was very helpful. We discussed the portfolio performance and figures about what could be improved. It consolidated what I had been thinking about one property. He gave me some ideas about how I could assist our tenant with purchasing their home and the courage to approach them. Fingers crossed.

Since subscribing in 2023 Property 118 was my go to, for advice with my first BTL. This was sadly a stressful time without the advice and support from this platform I would have struggled. Although I am no longer a Landlord I enjoy reading the weekly articles and will remain a subscriber. Thank you for always being there.

Excellent meeting with Jonathon - I would give 10 stars if I could. Jonathon was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. He was able to zoom out and examine all the moving parts of the different businesses whilst also providing the reasons and steps required to make changes and restructure. It is a great platform full of very useful help and advice with regular (sometimes too regular) updates that are interesting even to someone who has been a landlord for 45 years

I have followed Property 118 from it’s launch many years ago. It has always provided the facts clearly and fairly even if it’s not what you want to read.
I have followed their articles to gain valuable knowledge about the industry and the more specifics of property management and structure. Without this source of knowledge the business would be more difficult to succeed in.
I have always found the staff exceptionaly helpful and knowledgeable and phone or email back quickly with the answer or suggest a meeting. It’s like having my own private consultants on tap.

Property118 provides a wealth of information and professional advice for landlords. I strongly recommend anyone dealing with BTLs to consider Property118 for any guidelines and questions. In todays environment whereby the landlords are continuously hammered and considered the bad guys and taken advantage of by the local councils and an excessive source of income for HMRC, we need to be informed on how best to protect the private landlords sector. Property118 is also a great source for BTL Insurances and trade.
