My experience with Property Hub was largely positive. Their communication was excellent, consistently keeping us informed. The team is well-rounded, with access to solicitors, mortgage brokers, and letting agents, which greatly simplifies the process. Although we encountered a hitch when our solicitor had to be changed due to issues with the Land Registry, the transition was handled smoothly. However, I advise approaching their claim of purchasing well below market value with caution and recommend conducting your own research and due diligence.

I’ve bought three properties via Propertyhub and the first has just completed. Good support throughout. I’ve been able to ask questions and get quick responses. I raised an issue with them about the property (issues aren’t uncommon with property so I wasn’t worried about this) and they worked quickly to resolve. Highly recommend.

Did you inform your clients that you sold the Letting side? Also, why did you sell it? Because of the mismanagement, the whole company had.

Very helpful team, with great resources. Steve called me and spoke to me for nearly an hour about my options and various routes - I found his advice and additional resources extremely helpful and informative. It’s also useful that the team speak from experience and are well versed in the most recent regulation and best practices!

To be frank, our encounters with the UK side of business ease haven't been up to scratch. Hailing from the Netherlands, we've grown accustomed to a different standard of customer service. We're used to prompt responses, quick turnarounds, and getting things right the first time around. The constant hassle of sending documents back and forth for mortgages never ceases to astound us.

So, what's with the five-star review, you ask?

Propertyhub is the total opposite of all these experiences! They're the complete antithesis of all these frustrations! Always swift to respond (within a day is pretty standard), and if a Teams meeting makes more sense, they'll suggest it rather than dragging their feet with emails.

During our last property purchase, the lender made life incredibly difficult, demanding payslips and POA's with specific criteria. When we aired our grievances to one of our contacts at Propertyhub, they kicked things into high gear within 48 hours. And what's more, they were just as dissatisfied with the lender's service and promptly removed them from their panel to spare others the same ordeal. Now, that's what I call looking out for your clients and taking their feedback seriously.

We're not sure if it's appropriate, but we'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Andrea and Jawaad for their invaluable support. They're real gems, truly empathetic souls.

Meanwhile, we reckon Propertyhub must be getting tired of our glowing reviews. Every chance we get, we sing their praises until we're blue in the face. But, they stand head and shoulders above the rest of the UK companies out there. And the beauty of it? They only collaborate with like-minded companies, so their recommended brokers and solicitors are top-notch too.

That's why we jumped at the chance to become shareholders. We wholeheartedly believe in this company and its business model.

I really enjoy the content put out by Rob and Rob. It is informative and practical advice that can be adapted and used by all property investors. Also appreciate that there are no hard sales pushes, unlike others in the industry.

Rob and Rob provided great information on their business with some typical examples of different types of investment properties. The Webinar was free and delivered in a manner that was very enjoyable. Just like their podcast, YouTube videos. Would recommend to anyone looking to invest in property. The guys deliver fantastic material consistently.

James was excellent in providing information - their honest as well, if you need to be part of their investment - even give you advise if your newbie compare to other places (progressive property (which is huge scam and many others they just want your money - the people had no clue these are bucnh of sales people selling course with no help to you). this place seem legit, they advise you straight away, from just I didnt feel they were after your money, James knew his stuff and was able to advise what was suited, if your right. Like always do your own research before paying for anything because there is alot of scam going on- James from property hub was excellent he knew his stuff, he can tell striaght away from asking question if your suited or not for type of invested, also with his kindness he gives advise which nice, thanks

Property Hub has been my number one route into learning about the BTL industry, something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. The free podcast and online courses have given me real confidence with the fundamentals of using property as a long term wealth creation tool. Further, I took a lot of (free) value away from a 1-2-1 strategy call with portfolio manager Steve, which helped to map out my strategy over long term property investing, go over the fundamental principles in further detail, learn how to spot value with locations and again give me a massive confidence boost.
I’ve learned a hell of a lot overall from PH, am very grateful for the great content they put out and purpose of helping me get into property investing.
