I have been a follower of Rob and Rob on their various media for the past few years and always find their advice helpful, honest and just plain simple and straightforward. There are no airs n graces, promises of immediate riches, just good old fashioned honest advice which comes from real world experiences. Ps also love Rob D’s book, the price of money.

Rob and Rob always present great content very professionally done because they are very professional. They do give away great insight and valuable information for nothing. This presentation was interesting because they revealed how much discount they can command from big housebuilders, most of us won't have that clout, so the deal won't stack up, but then again, if you don't ask .....

Rob and Rob are great. Lots of free content and impartial information. This webinar has completely changed my view of how I might invest in the future. Thinking bigger picture rather than focusing on detail, and for larger returns. Good shout R & R. Thank you

I purchased my flat through Property Hub Invest in 2021 - at North Lodge, York. I'd already established a portfolio of buy-to-let property investments myself but it was the pandemic and so I decided to source through PH. That's after having followed their excellent podcast for a while, so I judged that they had the expertise to source the property and their podcast positions PH as a company with integrity.

Three years on, I can say that amongst my eight BTL properties, the flat I purchased through PH (i.e. my only new-build property) has given me the most headaches. PH's marketing materials emphasise the "hands-off" nature of investing through them. My experience has been the complete opposite.

Myself and four other landlords in the development have had continued condensation issues and regular issues with fixtures and fittings that several surveys have found to be due to construction defects. These defects are not covered by the new-build warranty/insurance that supposedly provides peace of mind when buying new-build property (I should have identified the red flag of PH refusing to allow us to view the property before investing) and PH structures deals such that they have zero skin in the game (no liability for selling defective builds). All five of us have had persistent tenant complaints due to these issues. We have tried to encourage the developer (GEM Construction - check them out on TrustPilot if you dare) to rectify the issues but they have so far refused and we are now taking legal action.

We tried to engage PH in this process, thinking that they might be able to at least facilitate communication with the developer. However, after initially saying that they were working to contact the developer, they then stopped replying to our emails. So much for the "Care Team". PH were far more responsive through their sales rep prior to investing.

PH provides some excellent resources on property investing and I still very much enjoy their podcast. However, our experience as a client was that PH sold us a low-quality and defective property, and then refused to help us address the defects. We will not be sourcing through PH again and we advise anyone else against doing so.

Rushed me into reserving by paying a hefty amount of £6k to find out later that the developer way behind delivery date, their solicitors wasted so much of my time, property was in an undesirable location and way above market price for a one bed on Bolton.
The teams communication was timely and polite but the offering of new off plan deal was very poor.
I decided not to proceed after 9 months of waste off time and loss of £6k which they refuse to refund. Would not recommend them

I bought a buy-to-let property through Property Hub Invest in 2021. They gave a good sales pitch and the deal looked great on paper. Three years later and the property has had several issues, the most significant of these is a faulty ventilation system which has caused excessive condensation, damp and mould. This isn’t ideal in any situation, and certainly not in a rental property.

I had an independent survey, carried out by a highly regarded local specialist. They used specialist equipment to survey the property and provided evidence that the ventilation system was not meeting building regulations. I contacted the developer to ask them to help rectify the problem - since by law they are obliged to fix any construction issues and ensure the property meets the standards specified by building regulations. They were less than helpful and more than two years on the developer has still not fixed the issue and is no longer responding to my emails or calls.

I asked Property Hub for their help in order to convince the developer to do the right thing. They refused and have been no help at all in resolving the matter. It does feel like Property Hub are not really interested in helping you once they have your money.

I’m sure some of the deals Property Hub put together are very good, but this one turned out to be not so good and Property Hub took no responsibility for it.

I really wanted Property Hub Invest to be as good as it’s made out to be by Rob and Rob, but unfortunately that has not been my experience to date.

This is a great place for advice when starting out. I am an avid listener to the podcast and videos online. It has really helped me understand what I need to know about starting in investment property. I had a great meeting with their Property Hub team, who were able to provide me with some brilliant advice despite me not going through with using their services (yet!) Good honest, reliable advice.

My journey with the Property Hub started about 5 years ago when I came across The Property podcast, which I still listen to regularly. I also subscribe to the Property Pulse emails and their YouTube channel which keep me up to date on the property market. I also invested into the company's The Portfolio REIT and am now in discussion to use their Property finding service, so I'm fully onboard and I can honestly recommend Property Hub to anyone even vaguely interested in the property market.

Awesome company and fantastic levels of client service from our Portfolio Manager, Oli! I have just invested through Property Hub Invest and couldn't speak highly enough of the process. Everything runs like clockwork with the launches. Everything is transparent and clearly explained/presented. Everything is professional. Would absolutely recommend these guys if you are looking for a reputable sourcing agent!

The only company I know that is completely transparent about its business and a great honest podcasts. R & R have long term interest of its investors and provide excellent property education free of charge. Keep up the good work.

The Property Hub Pulse emails, podcasts and YouTube videos are all really wonderful sources on information.
Rob D and Rob B are really knowledgeable, clear, honest and passionate, but not pushy or melodramatic. They do not go for clickbait broadcasts, hard sale tactics or follow the herd. They offer genuine, calm and thoughtful information which is really helpful to guide and educate investors to make their own informed decisions.

Overall, what these guys are doing is great with good work ethic. Of course, we’re talking about investments and it’s not always easy to do business but I trust these guys and am happy with the results so far.

Great source of information which helps people to make good investment decisions on the podcast, YouTube, website and books. They also source really great properties for investors through property hub invest.

I have invested into R&R main business and appreciate the honesty whith which they run it. Its not all plain sailing for any business, but they have been open about their plans and hold regular webinars for the shareholders
