I can highly recommend Property Turkey due to their professionalism and service orientation.
Last year I bought a flat in Istanbul. The support by Bashir S. during the entire purchase process was great. It covered not only navigation through Istanbul's famous traffic chaos and presentation of the properties, but also support in opening a bank account. (Which took less than 1 hour). The after sales team of Nadia S. did a great job in arranging some minor renovations, finding a tennant and renting out the flat.
Because of the positive experience from last year, I bought a second flat this year. Bashir S. and Alexandra C. did/are still doing a great job in finding suitable properties, coping with challenges that popped up and are always giving their very best to find a solution or alternative.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the customer service during sales as well as after sales and can highly recommend Property Turkey.

Whether residential with or without CBI, in either case tbh everyone at PT I've engaged with was super helpful on this journey so far, and understanding what the options are available. For me CBI is nice appealing incentive & moreso if you love Türkiye, it brings other possible benefits for you, depending on your p.o.v or goals e.g. if you plan to expand investment in Türkiye in future too.
Obviously as with any matters related to overseas property purchases, do your own research of course. But even then, as there's lots of documents and nuances on the legal side, I can say it really helps having someone to trust, and to ask many questions to, and the PT team here is great!
It's company I would use again, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

I have a wonderful experience with property Turkey back in November 2018, in which I was helped by Majd Bayan almost 3 months earlier by sending me all the property videos & pictures for the price range I asked for, when I arrived to Istanbul, they sent a car with driver & agent to the hotel, he gave me a tour for the properties I picked, until I found the one which had all the criteria I wanted. Then the company helped me with an attorney who take care of all the legal documents needed , the company also provided me with an after sales service, who helped us in applying for all the utilities, in which it saved us a lot of time, especially that all of them speak fluent English, Turkish & Arabic.
