The aftercare service is very bad, they didn't help with services or utilities. The interior design person ripped me off by adding extra charges after agreeing a cost, they just want to keep taking money off you

These guys turned out to be a front to sell their own developments. The offers we made through them were never passed on to the sellers, in order to push their own developments likely, which did not fit our requirements and were outside our price ranges. They cost us a valuable week of our limited time and added 0 value as the listings we found were through other agents. Stay away!

It's been a few months since my purchase in Fethiye. I've had time to reflect on things; if only I knew back then things are going to be ok, I wouldn't have stressed so much.

I want to thank Yunus Can and Property Turkey for their professionalism. Yunus helped me throughout the process, and after sale with purchase of white goods, furniture and solving many problems. Yunus kept in touch, whilst I was back in London and having doubts. For a foreigner, buying in Turkiye for the very first time is a stressful experience, but Yunus provided that much needed reassurance, it was one of the main factors of this purchase.

Initially I was not looking at Myra Park, it was a little out of budget. Yunus insisted that I should view the property online, on their website, and once I did, there was no turning back. Absolute gem that I had totally missed. Thank you Yunus for guiding me to a dream property. Yunus said whatever I pay for the property, I will not lose, it'll be a profit if I ever want to sell. I thought it was a selling tactic, but he spoke the truth. The property is now worth at least a third more, that's only in a few months.

If you are looking at PT, thinking about buying a property, I can only say look without overthinking and fear. You're in good hands.

My experience began before my arrival to Bodrum, Turkey. My husband and I are recently retired. We are interested in purchasing a property in Turkey where we could come and stay months at a time and possibly lay roots. We viewed several listings through Property Turkey on You Tube. When I inquired with their website I was put in touch with James from Yalikavak. I had several conversations prior to our arrival in March to Bodrum. He was always quick to respond and very articulate. I told him that my husband and I have never been to Bodrum before. James did his due diligence in gathering as much information about what we were looking for in a property. In the end, he ascertained that our time together would be best served by him showing us different towns and explaining the advantages to living in them. We spent 2 full days with James and John (March 14 - March 15, 2023). It was time well spent. James seems to know Bodrum inside and out. My husband and I felt like we had our own personal tour guide. James made our time together very interesting especially because he is so knowledgeable about life in Bodrum!!
He did also take the opportunity to show us several properties at different price points with different advantages. It was more about to get a feel for all the different options that are available depending on a person’s check list! Never once did we feel an aggressive, pushy, sales persona from James or John. He treated us like family and was very open and honest with his approach and thoughts on the different properties we viewed. Although, my husband and I want to do more research before we purchase, when we are ready to do so James would definitely be the person we would want to help us take those steps. Thank you James and John for all the information you shared with us and for a new friendship!!!

Never trust Property Turkey! They are owing me money from the deposit given in November 2022 and based on wrong, false information which they actively have hidden from me. All my unsuccessful attempts to get my money back ended in referring me to numerous unknown persons and supporting fraud by potential seller.

Among too many real states and agents, I was lucky enough to find Property Turkey. I'll try to write an honest review of my experience with the pros and cons.
First off the talk show with Aladdin and Cameron is very good, that's how I was convinced through the website that they are legit enough, the website itself was not perfect at the time though(around October), and details were not up to date and the design was not catchy, to be honest. I dropped a message and our journey started with a phone call from Anita Davoudi, Which was too patient, friendly, and responsible. She answered all my questions over and over even outside of work hours. Finally, we visited Istanbul and met Mr. Babak Abedi, a senior Advisor in PT. Such a great gentleman with a great attitude, He asked questions about our budget and our enquires, never pushed us to show a file out of our demands, and was a great leader in showing us the whole town and neighborhood, I remember once I told him why do you drive this way it's gonna be traffic we don't wanna waste your time and he said you wanna live here so you have to see how it really is especially in rush hour times. I think as a buyer honesty is the most important thing and Mr. Babak did gain my trust by showing me the Pros and Cons of each house we visited, to be short we're friends now!
We also had a great experience with Mr. Tugrul in the after-sales department, he's still helping us with all house requirements, I troubled him many times and he was there every single time.

Overall shoutout to PT for doing professional work, especially to Anita, Tugrul, and Mr. Babak for all their help and kindness.

When time came for investing in Turkey, choosing Property Turkey as an agent was easy. Turkey was a relatively new destination for my family, and we had to make a “deep dive into the subject” – learn about regions of Turkey, key cities, their pros and cons, and of course get a very good understanding on Istanbul. Most of the work had to be done remotely. And reviews by Property Turkey, prepared by mr Cameron, Allatin, and their team came in very handy – great attention to detail and their reasoning resonated well with my own views. When I got a chance to meet Property Turkey’s team in person – I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethics. mr Cameron is a hardworking person - first in the office in the early mornings and last one to leave office at night.

I’m very grateful to the whole team, and especially to Nargiz and Alex - their support 24x7 throughout the entire process was important. Alex helped tremendously in preparation of our trip, developing and prioritizing list of properties to check, and always been online for every urgent matter that was popping up along the way.

Reviewing many properties in a short period of time is a tiring job - Nargiz took care of communication with developers defending our interests to get the best offer for us. And when there was a delay in the payments due to my fault, developer wanted to apply a fine, Nargiz negotiated very hard with the developer and managed to drop the fine – saved a lot of $ for us!!!

Overall I enjoyed my experience with Property Turkey, I highly recommend the company if you want an agent who will work for you very hard to get a great outcome.

Despite that I am residing in Istanbul, at first, I found it so hard to buy a property especially until I meet with Property Turkey.

Property Turkey can be fully trusted, they are highly professional and make the process as easy/fast as possible. They take all the burden and keep you away from the hassle. I found the agents very professional, friendly and cooperative.

They also kept the whole process transparent by sharing each step, paperwork and the progress they made. As such, I highly recommend buying with property turkey - they won't disappoint!
