Product delivered quite speedily, all electronic correspondence is prompt in reply.
Generally the product is very good value for money, 2 minor issues;
No instructions with the product, not an issue for me, but maybe for someone else.
The card/ ball holder not useable when bag in place on trolley, unless I have it in the wrong place?
No big issue, just fitted a different one, and for the price you pay for the cart, you cannot really complain.
as an engineer, very happy with the build quality of the product.

Received my E Voyager on Wednesday after ordering on Saturday. Sturdy box, we'll packed. When I had a query about my delivery It was easy to get in touch with Pro Rider and they were very helpful. I also have an E Tourer which is just as good .Brilliant to ride , great fun. I saw a lot of cyclists today struggling up hills as I whizzed by . My partner and I cycled for three hours and hardly touched the battery power. Makes cycling so much better! Love my new bike!

Received battery that was clearly damaged. Photo taken and reported to be replaced. Response was poor, asking me to return at my cost but would be re-imbursed upto a cost of £10:00. This contravenes the sales of goods and causing unnecessary work on my part for the fault by others!
Company obviously has preferential postage rates and could easily collect the goods and drop off a replacement at the same time.
Because of the poor service and response the Company has lost a sale and a customer.

Awesome bike far far far exceeds what I expected, recently had hip replacement and have two dodgy knees, this bike has really helped with regard to doing my exercises without put too much strain on my old aching
bones, great product great delivery very fair price, top company would highly recommend.

The Pro Rider Golf Trolley is great for the money with a good array of goodies. It is easy to use,the cruise control being very useful.I phoned the company direct as e-bay would not accept my visa card.I spoke to a pleasant young lady and my order was taken with total efficiency. I was informed that my trolley would be dispatched on Thursday and I would receive it on Friday, true to there word it arrived Friday lunch time. I purchased my trolley after playing with a fellow member of Darnford Moors Golf Club who had recently purchased his.

I bought the bike for my wife so she could keep up with me, the tide has been turned as I can no longer keep up with her ! Mandy loves the bike and it meets all her needs a well thought out design.
Easy to put together from the box and good instructions , my only negative is the battery rattles, easily fixed with a small off cut of foam rubber.
This bike has the build quality of a much more expensive bike, great value for the money.

We had two Pro-Rider electric bikes for several years now. They are very well built and the maintenance is little compared to other bikes I have owned. We use the bikes daily and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cheap electric bike. Two small cons are: they are quite heavy (like most other electric bikes, certainly the cheap ones), and the rear brake is difficult to exchange.
Can honestly recommend.

The unit was delivered very quickly and was well packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Assembly was easy with even the wheels labelled right and left. The battery charger is a very simple affair with a sensible and easy to use connection. The same applies to the battery connection to the trolley. Fitting the golf bag was no trouble at all. On the course I found the controls conveniently positioned although in bright sunlight the speed indicator was difficult to read. The speed range is excellent, although I haven't tried the top two yet! My sprinting days are long gone. The unit is powerful and had no problem climbing the hillier parts of the course. The distance settings are very helpful for sending the trolley towards the next tee before putting out. This helps to speed up the game, something very necessary in most Senior's matches! I am delighted with my purchase and all for £199. What excellent value. I would recommend this item to anyone. It certainly matches more expensive and better known golfing names.

After a dozen outings, everything is going well and the trolley responds to the controls as expected.
Minor criticisms - Battery terminal not always easy to fit onto the trolley counterpart, and the lock nut does not screw down securely, although it is ok onto the charger.
The hinged joint on the trolley frame has pierced the carrybag,which should have a thicker/stronger reinforced area (this after its first use), or a piece of suitable material to put over the joint.
I am very pleased to have chosen your product - and I am sure you will take note of the above points.

I bought this bike instead of buying a moped. I only commute three miles each way and the bike does this with ease. The furthest I've done is 12 miles in one run and the battery was still over half full. This was without peddling at all! The first thing you notice about the bike is the outstanding quality. It is very very solid and folds easily. Integrated lights are a welcome feature and are again high quality..it even had a bell fitted this has been by far the best thing I've bought in years. I no longer queue in traffic as I ride the cycle paths. I no longer pay for parking either. In short, I've used my car once in three weeks....oh, and there is nothing quite like overtaking a cyclist Without peddling. Brilliant product.

"What can i say compared to my last electric trolley, a Hillman bought at same price the Pro Rider is miles ahead..
I completed hours of searching and reading as i did not want to pay the powakaddy prices..
After much research i plumped for Pro Rider after both emailing the company and phoning them to ensure i could also benefit from the great pick up and return service if things go wrong. Living in Renfrewshire a PA post code this was important to me due to nightmare experienced with the previous Hillman trolley. My area was covered and i also took extended warranty giving me 2 years complete peace of mind.
The trolley itself...What can i say delivered within 48 hours, i have now used it 3 times and it does exactly what the makers say it does. It takes a minute or two to put together and put back in the bag after use.
Excellent love the 11,22 and 33 yard auto buttons,
at this price you could not buy better in my opinion simple as that.
Very happy with my New Pro Rider.

I purchased a Pro-Rider golf trolley about 2 years ago after a recommendation from a friend and it has performed very well, the battery was getting a bit tired so I "returned to the experts" to obtain a suitable replacement. The service I received was excellent and the delivery was as promised. I was out on the course on Sunday and the trolley is now pulling me and the bag around the course again
I will certainly be shopping with Pro-Rider in the future.

Just bought a golf trolley. I would recommend it, better quality than I expected.

The service to-date has been very good, The scooter Pro Rider King is a comfortable and easy to manage scooter, I took out extended warranty but to date have not received details of this service provisions.

We just bought 2 Wayfarer electric folding bikes and they're great.
Easily folded, we put them in the boot, get them out the other end, quickly assembled and off we go.
There's plenty of power when you need it, the acceleration is smooth and feels quite powerful. No more struggling against a head wind.
The bikes are solidly built, quite heavy, but you can lift the battery separately.
A very well designed folding bike, which we will continue to enjoy on our cycling outings.

Speedy delivery, all round excellent, couldn't ask for better service

The Road King scooter has been amazing, for the first time in years I have been out on our trails on the scooter, it has given me back that wonderful feeling of freedom. A great vehicle at a fraction of the price of many others. With a full battery I can go for 35 miles, with a speed of up to 10 mph it covers the ground. I suffer from chronic arthritis I can't get out and walk or cycle like I once would have, being a Dad of two young boys I can now take them for bike rides once again, I can't begin to tell you how this has enhanced my life, I feel like I am actually living again. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Road King!

Haven't received my wheelchair yet, it is on order and awaiting delivery.
