I ordered a recliner chair very easily on line. When I phoned up a week later to ask for a delivery date, I was told it was out of stock. I asked for an alternative & was told that you didn't any chairs any more & it was a computer error!!!
I asked for a refund which went in my bank 3 days later.
I thought this was very good & all staff spoken to were very polite & helpful.
It was a bad experience which could have been avoided by correct info.

the only disappointment I have had is I had to charge the battery before I could use it, since then I have had a lot of fun on it like a big kid and I am only 69.people have stopped me in towns all over asking me about it and I give an excellent revue and a quick blast around, everyone i talk to on my motorhome holidays seems most impressed as am I .

I ordered my Trolley on the Tuesday, I was told I would have it on Friday because I needed it to play on Saturday. True to there word it turned up at the office at 10.30 am Friday morning. it went together very easy and there was some life in the Battery to have a play near my desk.
I used it on Saturday morning which was fun, but I need to work on the distribution of the weight in my golf bag because it seemed to wander over to the left on long runs on the fairways. I must say that at the end of the match I felt fine and still refreshed. I did rip the trolleys bag, when trying to unzip the bag. I will do a slight repair to it and it will be fine.

Only used twice to date, but I am very happy with my investment.

Excellent golf trolly, and fast response to all spares, would recommend to anybody,both my husband and myself have changed to pro rider golf trollty's,very satisified customers.

I was more than satisfied with my order of astro tur,f it looks great, I ordered on the Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday and it was laid down on Wednesday afternoon, every body as commented on it ,I brought it for my decking im so glad I did, i would highly recommend pro rider mobility, ten out of ten for politeness and service well done I will certainly order from them again mrs Dorothy webb

Just taken delivery and put together the bits required, you have to pump up rear tyres, connect battery, some metalwork to the rear subframe and mirror. First impressions are that the build quality looks good although instruments & control switches are very old fashioned in todays market. One thing I would impress future purchasers to be aware of is the price of parts from Pro-Rider I have been quoted are extortionate .... spare tyre tubes & tyres & optional solid tyres are £20, £40 and £80 respectively ..... look elsewhere on the internet and you will find them MUCH MUCH cheaper

I believe that this company (PRORIDER) as one of the best to deal with in the Mobility section,good customer support Very good quality products at a reasonable price I will definitely deal with this company again.

Bought this after some thought but when I received it it was all I could ask for. Strong and sturdy, easy to put together and very pleased with all accessories being included. Great purchase at the price. You can't go wrong.....

We found Pro Rider Mobility on line,the website was easy to use and we soon picked out the King as great value for money..The young lady on the phone was very helpfull and sorted out our V A T form and 4 days later
the King was in the building .We unpacked the scooter and followed the instructions and 30 mins later the King was on the road.We look forward to a long life together

I was expecting a 2 week delay which I was informed about. I had to phone a couple of times after the 2 weeks was up rather than them inform me of further delays. When it eventually arrived (not on the day I had been informed of) , the electric bike seat was flawed which obviously had not had any type of inspection before being sent out. They took ages to send the new part and once again, I was the one to have to phone to find out when the courier was coming. From the point of view of the bike, it's not too bad although the welding really does show beneath the paintwork but not too bad a product.

I have now used the trolley twice and found it to be a good experience.
On the second use, however, I did find it sluggish to start with, but once going it was very manageable. I put it down to user fault and not equipment fault. It has everything you need and easy to assemble.

I first heard about Pro Rider Mobility from the father-in-law of a new acquaintance I was talking to. As I had to wait a month or so for my modest private pension to pay out, whenever I saw a Pro Rider Road King in town, (Taunton, Somerset), I asked the owner where they bought it from. Two of them told me that theirs came direct from Pro Rider Mobility and were bought from the website. All the comments were positive and as long as you are prepared for some minor assembly, everything would be OK. I checked the website, but ordered my Black Road King scooter by telephone as I couldn't find a way of dealing with the VAT refund online. The people I spoke to at Pro Rider were very helpful and said they would deal with everything. My Road King arrived on the specified day, well within the time frame quoted. Monday lunchtime on 1st September the carrier brought this huge cardboard box strapped on a pallet, and managed to get it close to my back door, to make unpacking easier to deal with. I cut the box away from the scooter and carefully removed the protective packaging. After a quick read of the instructions I gathered a couple of spanners and an Allen key and that was all I needed. Full assembly and removal of cardboard and packaging took next to no time. Despite the instructions saying to charge the batteries for 12 hours, I found mine were fully charged, but I plugged it in anyway overnight, just to make sure. The next day I was out and gone. I love it. It's fantastic. It's comfortable, it's easy to use (although I have been using mobility scooters for nearly 2 years) and I can get into town in nearly half the time. The suspension and the high-back seat make all the difference to a regular scooter user like me. I thoroughly recommend Pro Rider Mobility to anyone who is contemplating using or buying a new scooter. The value for money can't be matched anywhere else. Box clever and buy from Pro Rider mobility.

This is the second scooter we have purchased from the Pro Rider range. Pleased with both quality and price ...but it is sad that they charge extra to deliver to the Highlands of Scotland. We live in a fairly large village, only one hour from Inverness and when people in Plymouth etc get one l bet they do not get hit with extra charges? In addition to this extra fee we had to chase up the delivery date ourselves with the sales Dept and even after that it arrived unexpected ....no phone call at all and right in the middle of our drive way having new tarmac layed...not the best of days!! Also in addition to this we received the manual for the scooter but again NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to get it set up out of the box or broken down in small parts to go in a car etc...plus things like how to do battery connection before l could use it. Good job my husband is and engineer and has some knowledge or it would still be in the box!

Very impressive build quality. Packed very well, but took literally moments to assemble. Battery came fully charged. A good portable scooter for those on a budget. Only time will tell how reliable it will be.

Having seen and read about the trolley on e.bay I was excited about using my new trolley on Saturday . But wot a disappointment when it would,nt work. Having rang to complain sat I was told you had to collect my purchase first before you could replace the trolley. Having got a lot of golf booked for this week I now find myself hireing a trolley for Wednesday Friday and Sunday. What a waste of couriers time and fuel when it could all be done in 1 journey. I'm glad I don't treat my customers like this. I will gladly gloat about your trolley to my golfing colleagues as of when I get to use this good product. Many thanks Paul dunn.

Overall I am very pleased with the pro rider freedom scooter, however I can only get 4.5/5 miles on a full charge, this may be due to my weight,15.7 stones, main thing is it gets me round the shopping center without any problems, as I said in the header it's opened up my life, thank you Walter.

The pro rider trolley is good looking, versatile, an easy runner and Excellent value for money which I would advise you to buy asap

I bought a Pro Rider golf cart and it has totally changed my game, normally I felt a bit tierd when I hit the back nine holes because I was carrying my clubs, now I can fly round eighteen holes no problem.
