I ordered this Lego Back to the Future on line, I am always a little sceptical using my bank card for such a large amount. However I ordered it one day and received a message that it would be delivered to a post box in my area the next day! And it was! I was delighted and I know my son will be. Though he is 47 years old he said this film (and now the Lego) was a huge part of his childhood. Thank you for the prompt service, I very much appreciate it.

I’ve made three separate purchases with these guys. Excellent prices, fast shipping, well packed. And this is why I keep coming back.

I am a regular customer and have always been very satisfied with your service. I placed an order and chose to pick up the product myself at your warehouse located near my home in Copenhagen in order to save on delivery fees. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by selecting the warehouse located in Jutland.

After receiving a notification from Proshop informing me that the product was available, I realized my mistake. I then contacted the company by email, and the next morning I received a reply informing me that I could pick up my purchase at the store near my home, without any additional charges.

Thank you to Simon for his responsiveness, and bravo to Proshop for the company's professionalism.

Great and fast delivery!
I've been using Proshop for a while now and I have nothing to complain about.

Long story short:
I first purchased a Parker pen from them… the price was low, the shipping fast… so far so good…
I started using the pen… and after roughly 2 weeks it stopped working…
I tried everything that the internet could show up for “how to revive a roller pen refill” with no success…
So I placed an order of 3 refills… also from them…
Again, the price and shipping was very good, as I received the goods the next day after placing the order…
But now… after 2 more weeks of use… the first refill died …
I find this experience quite bad… as these mentioned products are supposed to hold a long time… not just 2 weeks…
(I used to have one of the same pens as I ordered from them and I used it for 2 years with no refill replacement)
And now… I had to change 2 refills within one month? I don’t see how that adds up…
In my opinion… Proshop is fine as it has low prices and fast shipping…
But if the products they sell last only this much… I have doubts about their authenticity…
In conclusion: I would rather pay double price and order from somewhere else… instead of ordering from them again and being able to use a pen for 2 weeks…
Update:
After being contacted by Proshop support, they provided a fair enough solution for the issue I had…
So for now I can say that the Proshop is a Proshop indeed… and I am willing to make further purchases (if needed) from them…
The only reason I leave the review with only 4 stars is that 5 stars would be if everything went smooth in the first place.

What can I say-I an impressed each time I order. Professional and friendly assistants at the customer support, quickest delivery ever(made an order at night-got it next day, afternoon), quality goods, loyal prices. Very well organised company, indeed. Thank you for great job, guys❤️

Honestly 5 stars is too little of a rating for ProShop

I didn’t take them because you couldn’t send them to me

Proshop has always delivered great service but just recently I had to interact with their customer service regarding a return case of an incompatible computer item.

My main interaction was with Simon from customer service who has been helping me out extensively on the phone and email with this transaction since the beginning: professional, great communicator and took joy in helping out.

But then he outshined it when I was in the situation that I needed to return a pretty expensive item and he did everything in his power to make the process smooth. It seemed like such a pickle but his helpful attitude made the whole thing work out perfectly.

Everything went great and the new computer part fits well, couldn't be happier. Thank you Simon!

I insisted on writing this review because I think this kind of exemplary service is hopefully helpful for others to choose the right people to make business with!

Will keep coming back to you guys.
