The representative (Mr Jimmy Cunningham) explained everything in straightforward terms & didn't overwhelm
me with jargon. Very polite, reassuring & understanding. Very sympathetic whilst being professional. Making sure I understood the process now & later when the funeral plan would be needed. Very cost effective. The actual policy received within 2 days of signing. Would highly recommend if asked.

An excellent service with clear explanations of options and all other requirements throughout the full process and went all out to get me the best Funeral plan and payment plan. The person I was talking too was very friendly, clearly spoken and also very supportive. I can highly recommend this company.

Started cold calling me out of nowhere, no idea where they got my name and number. I have asked for my number to be removed from the dialer multiple times but I still keep getting calls. They are in breach of GDPR and I will make an officail complaint.

Very helpful understanding company
After a very helpful phone call from Luke (following my initial online enquiry), I had a visit later the same day from Nicola. A lovely lady who didn't rush me into anything. She listened to me recounting the events in my life that have led me to enquire about funeral plans. No pushing me into buying something that I can't afford or paying a larger initial payment than I felt comfortable with. Two days later and I have no regrets about signing up to the gold plan, I'm happy that I made the correct decision and that arrangements will now be so much easier for my family when the time comes.
