Brilliant customer service and fantastic selection of products. I ordered from Protein Package as they were the only place in the UK that I could find with what I wanted in stock but unfortunately Amazon Shipping lost my parcel. As soon as I got in touch they were happy to immediately reship my order with absoltely no trouble at all, customer service was very friendly and helpful, will definitely be a returning customer!

Made a purchase of a rare find from Protein Package (Trek power protein bars) - George was super helpful and responsive to my question. Parcel has also arrived in very timely manner and is exactly what I want (ft. a thoughtful extra flapjack). Cannot recommend more of this online shop ;)

I had made a mistake with my order and George took the time to call me to explain what had happened and got the issue resolved for me without hesitation. Protein Package is one of the best companies out there to buy a whole bunch of stuff from.
The selection of goods is amazing, there's so much to choose from whether it's protein bars, powder or hydration, Protein Package has everything. The delivery is super quick and well packaged.

Beware what you buy from this company. I placed an order as my usual supplier was out of stock (I could have ordered a clearance item with a BBE date of August 2025 but didnt want that). Protein Package sent me one item with a BBE date of July 2025 (around a 6 weeks) but charged me full price. When I spoke to the company, they said they dont class anything as having a short shelf life if the BBE date is over 30 days. If its less than 30 days it then goes into the clearance section. Protein Package said they ordered the item from U-Fit, then sent it to me. I will not order from this company again.
