I regularly buy my whey and other bits from the Protein Package. It's very quick and efficient delivery. Also always has what I need in stock!

Absolutely amazing business , been using them for a while from ordering my protein / pre workouts etc & some energy drinks . The communication is always super friendly and efficient & have chatted back & forth on Instagram. Delivery time is always so fast too👏🏻, ordered on Friday and received my package on the Monday. The amount of products available for a small family run business is insane & the prices are always fab! I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks guys 💙

Me and my Mrs have been using this company for around a year now. Always a great service and quality products. Also it's not to far away from where I live so it's nice to pop in sometimes and there's always a great stock of what I need, the owners are friendly and helpful. I've also had stuff delivered to my address and it's always came on time and packaged well. Overall I'll keep using this company in the future.

Was really surprised and amused to receive an email stating how much “we really do appreciate your custom” and asking for a review, but here goes.

I placed an order Sunday 12th, which arrived the following Saturday – well most of it arrived, one item was wrong. Following that i.e. their getting the order wrong, the email dance began. I was asked for photographs of the wrong item, then that one item had to be returned. They received it last Tuesday, but there was no acknowledgement or communication on my replacement and now three weeks from the initial order I am still without the product I paid for.

UPDATE: Happy to report a replacement has now been received, along with a complimentary bag and £1.33 refund.

I just had a phone conversation with George and he has explained the situation to a mutual satisfactory conclusion with no fuss,thanks for the refund, at least a company that backs up their statements.
I ordered 2 packages of protein drinks one of which was in the clearance sale and paid extra for express delivery of 1-2 days they arrived outside the timeframe for express delivery ,point No1 upon trying to consume the chocolate drink marked as clearance it turned out it was nearly 3 weeks out of date and was not fit for consumption. After contacting George about the delay I was given an upgrade on the vanilla drinks and was asked to phone with regard the chocolate drinks. I pointed out about the chocolate drinks and provided photographic evidence asking for a refund which it seems protein package are reluctant in giving so rather than get into a wrangle about the matter I decided to leave a poor review in the hope that others don't make the same error as myself.

Love, love, love this business for all my protein and supplement needs. They have a great range of products, brilliant ways to save by buying in bulk and quick shipping. The customer service is second to none and you can tell that they really care about their customer base. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a present in a rush 2 days before Christmas and their delivery service couldn't get the package to me in time, I asked for help and they decided to hand deliver to me on Christmas eve!! Couldn't be more grateful.

Great customer service, I ordered the wrong item and I had a very quick response and it was resolved very quickly.

Whilst I did have some issues with my order initially, mainly the delivery arriving late (due to errors by evri) George at Protein package has been very honest and helpful in explaining what happened and rectifying any issues.

The products available are a great price, and plenty of choice available.

I was really excited about these guys, their range is something I hadn’t seen since moving back to the UK. I purchased on Friday evening so understood this might not be dispatched until Monday, but got an email to tell me this was dispatched Saturday.
The ETA is 3 working days within the UK, so I expected this Wednesday but noticed the tracking said “expecting it.” I emailed in on Tuesday and heard nothing back. So I used their contact form via website later that day and got a reply Wednesday morning. Ultimately there was an issue with my order, but George called and emailed me himself to apologise. As a small family run business you can feel this matters to him. They got an order out to me and the fact George cared enough to contact shows why Protein Package are different. Great stuff.

I’ve only just found out about this shop and i’m sooo impressed! I love quest bars and this website stocks loads of great flavours, i’ve literally just received an order and placed another one as we speak! The delivery time is good too so i definitely recommend if you’re looking for new protein bars/food to try :)
