Hi, This is my first time dealing and purchasing goods from Protein Packaging. I have tried many other suppliers for various products, all okay, but you have to buy full boxes of the same product. Then along came Protein Packaging with the revolutionary idea to provide us the the same hight products but with a difference.. They would allow to select what individual products you wanted, much like the ole pick n mix,, fantastic idea 😃. So there was the draw to get me to buy, now, how will they perform. Well, with in minutes of my first enquiry I received a reply which was polite relaxed and very professional, no hard sell, I chose my products and placed my order. Unfortunately one of the products I ordered had been rebranded by the suppling company, not Protein Packaging. Again, in a very short space of time, they contacted me to explain,, I was offered an alternative or my money back, very honest. I went ahead with my order, and sure enough it was delivered on time. Then I came to unpack my goods, all I can say is, the care and attention taken to pack my goods and its presentation was second to none. I shall most definitely be using Protein Packaging again,, if you’re looking for good products to at the right price along with pick n mix choices and great service, look no further than Protein Packaging.

Everything went super well!! I was so happy to find a huge variety of protein bars that I can’t find in Germany. Customer service was quick and helpful and shipping was fine, took a little extra time due to customs but that’s okay 😌

Placed an order and had some email issues, and their customer service was amazing and helped me very quickly. I picked up my order today and it was packed up very well and nothing was broken.

I highly recommend Protein package, especially if you live the Nordic countries and can’t buy certain foods.

I have bought from Protein Package a few times now and every time I have been so happy with my purchase. They have a variety of great products for everyone. It is run by George and his wife who are very lovely and are very passionate about their business. They respond very quickly to any enquire and help to their very best. Not to mention, shipping time is so quick, it took 2-3 days from when they shipped it out. Couldn't be happier with my drinks and supporting Protein Package and I will continue to do so.

Excellent company. Easy ordering. Great comms; responded quickly and very helpfully, to make sure received package, after unfortunately a DPD issue ... even took the replacement package to a pickup shop, to make sure it got through. Thankfully, DPD didn't lose this second package/delivery very good. Parcel very well packaged, and included a sample too. Protein Package have a great range of products; very happy to find them, and it's nice to be able to have confidence about ordering/delivery when placing future orders. A++++++

Top top supplement store - ordered from here a few times now and can’t explain how helpful George and Sophie are on customer support on the phone as I always have questions about new products and if they’re suitable for my needs. They always go above and beyond in helping answer all of my questions and if something isn’t suitable for me, they always take their time to find me a product that’s exactly what i need - so far everything they’ve recommended has been brill.

Would highly recommend Protein Package to all and so glad i found them online.

The customer service has been absolutely incredible, George was so helpful and positive with a recent order. My order had to be put on hold and split but George was helpful every step of the way and always answered my emails promptly. I have now received my complete order and it was well worth the wait!

In general Protein Package has an excellent selection of items including some of the more hard to get brands and being able to “pick and mix” on protein bars is a great option for when I want to try a lot of different things but not commit to a full box.

I cannot recommend Protein Package more highly for their excellent range of products and if anything does go wrong their customer service is top notch and I am absolutely planning on continuing to ordering from them!

Ordered a bundle of Fitbakes.
A couple of the packets were out of date and these were promptly refunded.
The rest of the 9 (?) packets of cakes had a short shelf life -early to mid July and early august.
However, they are all dry.
I was advised to store these in the freezer- really? Why should processed food, which is already dry/stale be stored in the freezer?
Haven’t got the energy to raise another concern, so I hope this review will be taken on board, as most people seem satisfied.
In the interest of balance, the Fitbake wraps I ordered were fresh and tasty.

Excellent service, customer support was super quick at resolving any issues, would definitely shop here again.

I recently discovered Ghost Lifestyle and have totally fallen in love with the brand.
