Great products
Had an issue with delivery of a package due to it being lost by Hermes. I was provided with a refund even though Protein Package was not to blame. Created a new order and got exactly what I was after.

Very good products and very nice and friendly staff
Very good service! I already ordered twice from here and last time i forgot to put my email and had no clue about my order. I quickly emailed them and George G. took care of everything. Great service and super quick delivery
Great service and super quick delivery. I had a query I needed help with and was impressed with the speedy response too. Before ordering from here I tried ordering from a brand directly (one of the brands that protein package stock) and had very poor service and after paying a message to say the item was unavailable (they did refund me) so although I felt forced to find an alternative supplier I’m now delighted I did so and will be using protein package in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

Avoid avoid . Charge 9.99 for a deliver service they can’t keep to
I’ve bought from many online companies in the past and do now and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever ordered from!! Mainly due to the fact they charged £9.99For a next day delivery service Which is fine if the products are actually delivered on time which they weren’t they were over two days late. After many times chasing where my order was with the online so called email support , they couldn’t really answer my questions or give me an update or a tracking number like every other company I’ve used have given me a tracking number and I’ve had updates to see when and where my parcels were. Not this company Therefore when I finally received my parcel today I asked for the £9.99 delivery charge I’ve paid a check to be refunded to which the customer support refused to do so and only offered me a measly £5 Which is Unacceptable and disgraceful Take my advice never use this company again and I will post it on all my social media sites as I don’t want other people getting ripped off also sharing this post to my friends of friends and social media following And I will be contacting trading standards due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy to resolve this issue a minor issue. Worse customer service and transparency

The service selected was DPD Express (estimated at 1-2 full working days). As explicitly stated on our website and shipping information, due to unforeseen courier delays, the delivery can very rarely be outside the estimated delivery timeframe like on this shipment that arrived around 12 working hours past the estimate.
After looking over our email correspondence, as a show of goodwill, we offered to fully refund the difference between our cheapest standard shipping rate and the extra you paid for DPD Express (estimated at 1-2 full working days) along with some extra free products in future orders. This is the advised fair consumer resolution on many leading websites such as Which and The Money Saving Expert.
Furthermore, we also then provided the option of a full refund on both the shipping costs plus products if the order was required on a specific day and you wanted to cancel - no questions or strings attached.
On top of this, we offered the option of a credit on your account for the £9.99 full shipping charge and some free products in any next future order.
We replied to all queries promptly and tracking information would’ve been sent automatically upon the quick dispatch of the parcel from our warehouse. We would kindly advise checking email inboxes for this information. If we were informed before the delivery date (today) that you’d not received tracking, this could’ve been resent swiftly by the team for your reference.
As a family-run business, we’re fully transparent with all customers and have been throughout this whole process.
*We appreciate all feedback, however, after analysing the review, we would respectfully and kindly urge caution on making potentially misleading claims on public platforms such as review sites and social media channels.*
