Ordered £60 worth of protein bars a month ago. Nothing arrived. The Hermes tracking just says "parcel delayed" for the last 3 weeks, with no further updates since. This proves that I never received the parcel, yet Protein Package still refused to refund me! Ordered from another supplier without issues. I was forced to escalate my complaint to Paypal, but still waiting for my refund...

Ordered my usual batch of Nocco, unfortunately Hermes managed to loose the delivery somewhere in the ethos. With some communication from Protein Package they sent my out a replacement that was promptly delivered to myself. I will use them again in the future for my purchases.

Placed a order and the order hasn't come despite the delivery driver stating it had be delivered what couriers do they use? They havent offered me a refund or to replace the items I will not be using this company ever again and tell people the same

Very poor experience from someone trying to use the company for the first time.

I initially placed an order for some items and paid addional for faster delivery. The items didn't turn up when I had paid for them to arrive. The tracking details stated that the delivery firm were waiting to receive the package. On speaking to George, a refund was issued and he advised that the the delivery company lost the item (customer services for the delivery company assure me that this was never in their possession). When I asked if other delivery companies were available I was told I could simply select the more expensive option to use royal mail or dpd...sorted...or so I thought.

I placed a new order using the £9.99 delivery, confident that I should get my order. It didn't turn up when expected but I waited out until today when I was emailed saying my order was cancelled because of previous failed order. Supposedly this was because I didn't select a replacement order previously and instead chose a refund. Absolutely shocking way to do business; a paying customer giving a company a second chance and the customer is penalised. I run a small business myself and we would treat these transactions completely seperately as would most other businesses.

I strongly advise this company is avoided, save yourself the hassle.

Great prices and first rate customer service. I placed an order and they emailed to say a couple of items were now sold out. Offered a refund or alternative which I chose. The package arrived battered and missing a couple of things (sure it was delivery issue). Reported it and they sorted it immediately. Quick return form and out came two missing items with a free gift. Customer service staff were spot on - great team. Highly recommend.
