The service I have received has been without question first rate. My order arrived the collagen cordial Had leaked slightly which has never happened before, I contacted customer service. I didn’t have to wait on the phone, they were charming and the problem was resolved immediately. What a difference to some other companies.

Love this product. I have been taking the capsules for about 13 years and added the shots everyday about a year ago. My hair is very thick and I have been told that my skin is really good and that I do not look my age. I put it down to the protocol shots.

My experience has been great I received my items on time as advertised and I really like the product.

I love this stuff but I was a bit miffed to see that after I ordered couple of items they had been reduced!

Delivery always quick. Product well packaged. I have been using the shots for over a month and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin and nails. I have used the collagen capsules before but find these are much better for me. I am 56 and wish I had started using this product sooner. I would recommend but you need a month to see a significant change.

I have used Protocol capsules for years,and the shots since they first came out,I am sure they help with my arthritic back,and general health.I am nearly 75

As usual, fast speedy delivery. Love the collagen shots. They definitely help strengthen my hair and nails which are weak due to medications. Have saw a dramatic change since using the shots and tablets. Couldn’t be without them now. My skin looks healthy too. Don’t hesitate to try!!

In my opinion the Protocol products are brilliant & speak for themselves. The icing on the cake for me are the many half price offers which makes such premium products more affordable for everyone.

I use the protocol shots and i love them. Don't know if they are actually doing me any good, who knows how you would look if you did not take them. I can only buy them when they are 50% off as they are rather expensive but will continue with them for as long as i can afford them. They are delicious
