Simpli the cheapest and nicest👍
I chose it because it was the cheapest one I found (student certificate translation for 13€ instead of 40€, 50€, or even 80€ that I was offered elsewhere). It was quick (less than 24 hours), and they delivered exactly what I asked for, just like the other translators would have. Plus, I had to ask which type of translation to choose as I wasn’t informed, but the woman who attended me was nice and useful.
I would and did recommend.

Excellent Service
I needed a document translated urgently on Sunday evening & it arrived before 8am on Monday morning as promised - I was informed that it would quick by ProTranslate but felt it was a ‘too good to be true’ thing but they delivered! The document translation was perfect. I’ve used other translators in the past but from here on in it will always be ProTranslate. They were also cheaper than other companies I’ve used. I would highly recommend them!

Translation full of mistakes
The translation sent had 4 mistakes on 1 page! and when i asked for a correction, they made me first point out and explain what is wrong and what should be correct. Really? I should teach the translator for free what is the correct translation? I would like to remind that the client doesnt need to know the language for which he orders a translation. On the customer service chat on whatssap you talk to a bot that doesnt know anything. Pure scam.

I needed multiple translations, they have the best price and the quality of the translations is excellent. They listen to your feedback especially after I had received multiple translations but there were items missing. I needed their name date and stamp. Without hesitation they changed the documents for free.

I've used this company twice in the past 5 years and both times they have been the most competative with their pricing. Ask for a discount and they will give you a good one.
They are always available, and give you prompt and informative responses. They are accessible via whatsapp which is great.
