Alfie was super helpful on the telephone, and, when I arrived to have the tyres replaced his colleagues were straight onto the job. Definitely think they're helpfulness has improved.

Great service!
I dropped my car in on Saturday morning and they looked at it an hour later! Had to leave it there till Monday as they didn't have the tyres in stock that I needed but great service!

Delay in car collection time but we customer can not be late.
It was stressed that I had to get my car in at 11.30am not a minute late as that was my appointment time. I arrived at 11.15am and was waiting to be picked up by my daughter and when she collected me at 11.45 my car was still parked in car park area and other cars taken around back to work shop before mine.
I also telephoned between 2.30 & 3.00 to ask when my car would be ready ? to be told that the MOT had been done but the service was only just being started ! and my car could be kept until end of day.
I felt that the garage was under staffed on this particular day !!

Not a great experience
Forgot to add tyres into quote and as such tyres not available.
Discs and pads were the wrong size, therefore not changed.
The only work completed apart from brake fluid was in my opinion cosmetic.
