We have recently moved to Charing and the time came for one of our company vans to have an MOT - we've never been to ProTyre before, but we'll definitely be going back.
Everything was straightforward and pleasant. We booked in (online) for a weekend MOT and then booked in again whilst at the branch for the following week, for the works to be carried out. Nothing was too much trouble, the customer experience was outstanding - very friendly guys on the service desk, and the prices for the services they offer are very reasonable too.
A great find! Definitely recommend!

The amazing service I received
The amazing service I received
Due to a kerbed split tyre and no spare, I needed breakdown who were unable to fit their spare tyre and had to take me and split tyre to Protyre (who I buy my tyres from)
I rang them,explained situation- not knowing how long I’d have to wait for recovery.the lady (sorry I didn’t get your name) rang their other branch, and confirmed they would stay open until I could get to them.
Fortunately breakdown arrived promptly, arrived at protyre, they had new tyre ready, removed split tyre, fitted new tyre and balanced etc.
Cannot praise highly enough

I booked and paid for this online, dropped off vehicle at allotted time went for a cup of coffee, came back and it was ready and waiting, with four new tyres in less than an hour!

For wheel alignment
I visited several garages, including my dealership, to get my car’s wheel alignment done. Some refused because of the ADAS system, while others had very long waiting times. One well-known garage even told me they couldn’t do the alignment because my car had different types of tyres (all-season and summer tyres).
Thankfully, Protyre was able to carry out the wheel alignment without any issues. Their customer service was excellent, and they also offer three free alignment checks within a year, which is a great bonus.
Thank you very much to the team at Protyre. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

Great job!
I called to make an appointment to get my car’s air-conditioning re-gassed, & was able to be seen within an hour. I was then told to return in about an hour’s time to collect my car, and got a call within this time to say the work was completed. Very efficient & good service in my opinion, and very pleasant and professional staff.
