I desperately needed 2 front tyres
I desperately needed 2 front tyres, so checked through the website, finding some that could be fitted within 24 hours, ie. the next day.
Great.
However, when I got there, the protyre website had booked me the following week, and I hadn't noticed. Why were the tyres advertised as being able to be fitted in 24 hours?
But, the manager and staff managed to fit me in, replace the tyres and do the tracking.

I called in the morning they said they would order new ones and to come back later in the afternoon which is what I did. Fitted new ones and very satisfied with the service. Website need attention
Very professional service at Bideford which advice around correct tyres.
Marked one star down due to the Protyre website not providing the correct option when booking initially, which meant I had to attend Bideford twice. This is no way reflects the quality of service from Bideford.
Please review and update your website to ensure correct tyre speed ratings for electric cars are appropriate.
