I had electrical fault which was quickly diagnosed and put right for just over £10. As a woman I felt they were honest, I could have easily been charged a lot more.

I booked in for a slow puncture at 10.30.am recieved an update at 11 that the tyre needed replacing. After another 40 min wait my tyre was fixed which I feel is an excessive time as my appointment was 10.30.
