Made a booking and turned up earlier. Two front tyres changed (really good tyres) quickly, no hassle.

Head office customer service Did not bother to respond to my email ref. Age of new tyres being sent to branch ?
(Being changed on caravan due to age not worn out )
Local branch had to sort when 3 year old tyre was sent !
Branch was great/helpful- no problem,
Its your cust. care team that did not respond at all !!
I thought it may be helpful to you if someone checked the tyres for the age before they were sent to the branch as I contacted well before fitting date.

Staff. At check in staff were great and helpful.
It took about 1.5 hours to fit 2 tyres, which seemed quite long ,as I had a fitting appointment.
After leaving, I had to reset the computer tyre pressure. The computer then said I have winter tyres fitted which is not true.
I think the fitter should check out the changed settings.

2 new tyres and tracking sorted. Could not get tracking fully in line. I think this was oimited by the adjustments available on the car. It was vey close though, and only on 1 wheel. This is the reason for the missing star

I had my winter wheels swapped for my summer items. Friendly front desk staff. Wheels swapped without issue.
Standout point was that one of the tyre fitters remarked that there was a rattle evident from the front end of my Cayenne. I had this checked by my independent specialist and it turned out to be a fractured heat shield. Top marks to the young guy!

Whilst the tyres were very competitive price wise, would i use this particular branch again absolutely NOT. Customer interaction on first visit was at best very poor. There was an issue with black circle tyres over appointment times, as 1st one was cancelled. I booked another and turned up to be told that was never accepted and to read my emails!! Second visit was successful and tyres fitted, asked if tracking/alignment was required to be told oh we didnt check as such
