If i could give 0 stars I would
If i could give 0 stars I would. Booked an appt, arrived, handed over keys, old tyres came off only to be told that my new tyres hadn’t arrived yet despite receiving a confirmation email that they had. Was then told by the extremely rude man on the front desk that he wasn’t going to go through all of the previous days paper work to find where the tyres had gone as that would be too much work! Utterly appalling customer service!
