Terrible Service
If you have booked through Blackcircles don't bother going there, as they make a small amount of fitment the customer service reflects this. The guy behind the counter was rude and not very welcoming. They fitted my tyres and completed apparently an alignment of which I did not authorise. When I collected I asked for the alignment reports of which the printer was apparently broken. They then said as I did not authorise it they would change it back to before. This laughable, how would you change it back to its previous settings if you dont know what they were, apparently on the tie rod end threads. This would mean the car would be way out alignment, worse than apparently it was before. Iv never heard of such madness to be honest. Poor service, transparency and overall care.
