Replacement exhaust
Booked in for an exhaust review as blowing and noisy. They established that it needed replacing from the flex to the back box inclusive. They undertook the work the same day. Upon collection the new chrome exhaust, which a boy racer would have loved as it was louder than the previous one. Returned immediately to be told it takes time to bed in so do 100 miles and return if no better. 200 miles later went back as still noisy and to be fair they replaced it under warranty stating it was faulty. Upon collection to be greeted with a soaking wet seat as they had kindly left the window fully open. Obviously fuming went to the reception to be advised no manager or assistant as both on holiday so would need to wait and did we know anyone with a heater to dry it out ourselves. Anyway exhaust number two was just as bad so upon the manager returning booked car in again for the exhaust to be replaced with an original one not a chrome and it is lovely and quiet. Got there in the end but will not be returning sorry. Buckley Tyres always had a good reputation for quality and service.

I booked my vehicle in for checks on exhaust suspension steering brakes tracking. As a previous employee for the company I thought they would have looked after me an done a good job checking my car over as requested by my warranty. But unfortunately they only had the car 20mins an didn't do anything just checked the tracking an brakes with out test driving the vehicle I was extremely disappointed by this. Tbh an won't be returning or recommending them anymore..

From first contact the lady on reception was really cheerful and pleasant and incredibly efficient. She is a superb ambassador for the company.

Poor workmanship resulted in failed MOT
Booked car in to get exhaust replaced/repaired at a cost of nearly £500 and then had MOT completed 2 weeks later at another garage which failed on the emissions test (only fail) spoke with staff at protyre who asked us to bring car back to check work and found small hole that hadn't been sealed correctly! Picked up car and will now have to go back to MOT garage for retest. We spoke with maybe 3/4 different staff at Protyre and no one offered a apology or took into consideration our added time and money travelling between garages to get this sorted . The lads that did the work seemed nice and pleasant and indicated that the supplier and parts they used won't great quality which came as a surprise due to the amount we paid in parts and labour for the job.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. My car tyre puncture was repaired immediately and very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any tyre issues.

Still problems with exhaust making a noise. Lots of vibration when going over uneven roads,will bring it back when I finish work.
