I had a very disappointing experience which I raised with Protyre customer service.
Three weeks in there has been nothing except a holding response advising of escalation to an area manager. I will not return and recommend you don't either

As a returning customer I felt that I received a professional and pleasant service each time. Almost certainly will go back ,and would have no hesitation in recommending the Canterbury site if asked.

Good service, polite and honest.

Had my mot and service completed. My mot failed due to a tyre. The team at pro tyre were able to get me sorted within 24 hours of my mot failing. The team kept me informed and aware of what was happening which made my life much easier. They were very friendly and helpful. I usually get treated differently in the car industry due to my age but I felt like that was never an issue at pro tyre and they treated me very well.

A decent, convenient tyre centre in Canterbury Kent. Good garage. Not ashamed to let you see their workshop which was clean and well organised. Good staff, knowledeable and polite. Gave me options on tyre choice and cost. back on the road in fifteen minutes. Also, good parking.
