Protyre web ordering…don’t bother!
This review is more about the protyre website itself. I ordered the tyres on a Thursday for fitting today (Tuesday @10:30).
Dropped car off at Protyre Enfield and walked off to get a coffee. 15 mins later I get a call from garage to say tyres are not here and they have none in their main warehouse and I shouldn’t have been able to order them!
No contact prior to this to tell me we haven’t got your tyres. Ended up having to get a refund (3-5 working days) and still need to find tyres.
Not impressed!

There was no messing around..
There was no messing around... Booked the car for an mot at 10.45 on a Saturday and the garage was packed. Within 5 minutes the car was driven away from the customer parking to the mot and was finished within the 45 minute wait time. Perfect, with no problems.

What happened to customer service?
Bought two new tyres online for future fitting at Enfield. Reasonable price with discount code for two or more tyres. Also took option of half price wheel alignment with another discount code. Tyres were available at selected time. Asked them to rotate tyres, front to back. Advised there would be a £10 charge for that. Really? Only £10 but what happened to good old fashioned customer service. With their pneumatic guns would probably take less than five minutes. Pretty petty to charge for that. Work completed by agreed time but these companies do love to rob you blind at every opportunity. Left a bad impression on me
