Some idiot never torqued my wheel on properly , drove the car 2 days and my whole wheel came off when I was driving along a main road!!!! Thousands of pounds of damage!!!

When I went in to speak to someone the guy completely dismissed me saying that someone has been trying to steal my wheels lol, it’s funny they only tried to steal my left wheel which is the only side which faces my house where my ring door bell is and guess what no-one tried to steal my wheel

Absolute disgusting attitude, completely denied it was them, saying it was impossible it could of been them cause it’s double checked that it’s torqued properly , funny that they are the only people that had my wheel off lol if this wasn’t a review on trust pilot you would hear how angry I am by the amount of swear words and insults I’m missing out in this review!!!

I have contacted the head office and someone will be getting took to court or will be paying for my damages, I drove that car that morning with my son in the car on a 50mph road to take him to school, my son could of been killed!!!!

This is NOT going to go away!!!!

Locking wheel nut was not tight and fitter marked wheel removing old balance weights
Also did not clean off double sided tape when he removed old balance weights

Booked for 13:00 , tyres chosen and paid for online before attending. Took 2 hours to change 4 tyres. Folk who just walked in seen to more quickly. Slow service

I had to bring my hybrid in for a new exhaust and they were able to sort it within a few hours (where other places did not provide that service or required me to wait several days).

I had problems with my TPMS valves which the mechanic investigated for 20 minutes at no cost, eventually having to replace all of them with high quality ones at a competitive price in comparison to surrounding garages.
I’ve used Protyre-Abbotsinch a few times now and have found them to be very professional, approachable and knowledgeable, definitely my go to for tyres etc.
I would recommend them, straightforward honest service!

Fast, efficient service. Ordered day before online, tyres fitted next day

Car was taken straight in, details checked and I had 2 new tyres fitted and back on the road in 15 minutes.

Had tyres in store fitted straight away.

With the fitters taking good care of my alloys. Time wise the job was completed quickly . Price wise I used the web site this time and found the prices very competitive
