The bloke on reception was a right…
The bloke on reception was a right miserable individual. Just because he was short staffed wasn't my problem. I had confirmation that I was booked in for a MOT through a find my garage sort of set up . He spoke to like I was an idiot he didn't have any details about my booking on his system. Then said those sort of set ups tell everyone there booked in when your not. How the hell am I suppose to know that! His attitude was very rude like I was an i idiot. Advertised a an MOT garage yet if their short staffed they just don't book any in but your expected to know that. 🤷.

Company vehicle booked in for 5pm and…
Company vehicle booked in for 5pm and confirmed with me by fleet provider for tyre change, when i arrived i spoke to the rudest employee behind the desk stating i should of been there at 9am and he wasn’t going to carry out the work at that time, when i shown him proof he quickly changed his excuse to say my replacement tyre hadn't arrived so couldn’t do it anyway. The most rudest unprofessional guy I’ve dealt with. Booked in to another company and advised my fleet to never book me there again!

Absolute shit and liars
Absolute shit and liars. Disc pads were 3mm but they said it was less than 1.55mm so failed me. I got it all sorted by an ex employee of premature who was absolutely amazing and no wonder he left the company as they work on bonus and commission. Ex employee Jamie sorted it all out for me and showed me the evidence that they were lying. My hand Raj did 7 clicks instead of 5, just needed to be tightened, Jamie sorted that in 5 mins whereas pro tyre quoted me 1-2 hours labour at £95 per hour plus if anything extra needed! It just needed to be tightened. I booked a retest and took time off work, when I got there I was told no appointment was booked. I remeber the name of Leighton who said he booked me in which he clearly didn’t. So I rebooked again and now my MOT had expired so has to use taxi for 2 school runs daily there and back! Passed in the end but these guys are cowboys! Do not trust them. Abdul was the mechanic who failed it and spotted these apparent faults! My breaks were fine all along. Please avoid at all costs!
