Somewhat disappointed.
Great service with 3 tyres. Very friendly and helpfull. Alas paid for wheel alignment but they said they were unable to complete it due to a defect in steering arms. I was very surprised about the fact that i did not get a written document detailing the fault. Am now unable to get my regular garage to fix it without paying extra for a diagnosis.

Got better tyres on our new A290
Got better tyres on our new A290, just exemplary service again from the guys at ProTyre. Great advice and service; the car is just brilliant on the new tyres and they even kept my old Michelin ones for me until I collected and carefully placed them in the car for me to take home. Absolutely recommended and are now my ‘go to’ for any tyre and servicing requirements. Thanks again team

Efficient, friendly and professional service. Reasonable price. Easy to make appointments but you have to book the service before the MOT as it doesn't reduce the MOT price otherwise.

I made enquiries about the cost of…
I made enquiries about the cost of replay2 front tyres. Had a call back when promised. The team managed to get me booked in to ensure I was safe to travel to Birmingham due to bad weather forecast.
Friendly and professional, and although company did not do Blue light card they acknowledged me being NHS and gave some discount.

Christmas Eve flat tyre
