Went to the Midsomer Norton branch with a large nail in my tyre. Garage was honest and said around an hour wait as really busy. It was actually completed in less time and great service. Manager in the garage was really friendly, polite and efficient.

After booking the car in for a Saturday…
After booking the car in for a Saturday at 10.30 they rang me the day before asking why I didn't turn up ? I then had to re book a time as the original time I had booked was taken so agreed on 11.30, I arrived at 11.20 for 2 front tyres so nothing big, I left at 12.40 an hour and 20 mins to fit 2 tyres !! I won't be going back to the Midsomer Norton branch again

My car was booked in at 10.30 for two…
My car was booked in at 10.30 for two tyres .The tyres were not fitted until 12.00 am .People were coming in of the street and getting seen too and left ,even before my car was looked at .The manager was on a so called zoom meeting. They tried to bluff me by saying that the tyres had not turned up yet ,but a customer before said they had a delivery earlier. I will not be recommending you to any one

Lovely people excellent service
Despite being very short staffed and working in extreme heat, the guys were really good tempered and helpful.
It took a bit longer than I had hoped- the waiting area is incredibly uncomfortable- but I got a discounted tyre so very happy customer.
