I visited Kipling motorist centre (protyre) in Bletchley MK for a m.o.t and some tyres fitted. The manager Patrick was excellent , so professional and although extremely busy made time to explain everything and certainly knows about multitasking he never stopped 10/10 well done customer service at its best !

Booked mot on line for 10am.turned up first told me I had missed the appointment it was for 9am.then said no it was for 9.30.i showed them my booking to confirm 10 o'clock. Said OK go for a walk gives us an hour and we will call you back. So I walked to nearest tesco for a coffee. Sat there an hour and no phone call walked back to the Bletchley branch expecting mot to of been completed but no it hadn't. I said you was going to ring me manager said sorry I forgot. And we can't do it until 4pm.i was fuming had wasted over an hour and half of my time and now had to pay for taxi to get home. Disgusting service. Used for years but never again

EASY/cheaply/ properly/ happy customer
The booking process was very easy. Staff on the phone were professional. Arrived and car quickly booked in and aircon refilled. Everything was made easy with Protyre. My visit lasted longer than i anticipated, however this was due to me not being able to access my Groupon voucher, their site messed me around for half an hour or more, so moral of the story is print your voucher off before attending, then you won't wait like me, even if you download it onto your device then its there, print off is best. Thanks for your patience PROTYRE. *****👌🏻

Wipers need replacement and garage…
Wipers need replacement and garage offered to fit new ones, at more than twice the price I could buy them for myself, they took exactly 3 minutes to fit/replace so it’s not as if there was a big labour cost!!
