This time I took the car in to see if they could find where i had a knocking when I went over uneven road, they said it was checked and road tested and couldn't find a problem, as I drove away the knocking was still there, I find it hard to believe they couldn't hear it

Cancellec booking
I had booked a tyre fitting through Asda Tyres and a wheel alignment and aircon regass. When I arrived at the allotted time I was told they were too busy and had cancelled the appointment. The booking was for my sons car who works away from home and needed the car back the same day. I had to rebook at Protyre Buckley and cancel the Asda Tyres order which meant the tyres cost more

If it was possible I wouldn't even give 1 star,I bought,paid for and booked a slot for fitting a set of 4 tyre's 9 days before the day of fitting I got there only to be told they haven't got the tyres I ordered,why wasn't I rang before getting there instead of letting me drive 8 miles to be told this,diabolical customer service
