Great service

Great service. Friendly advice and well priced. A good range of tyres. Easy walk into Nailsea for a coffee whilst my tyres were getting done.

I lft the car with them, came and hour or so later, as they were completing alignment. But, it seems the flimsy plastic seat covers they used had slipped, and the leather was marked. It was reported, and the staff member is going to clean it tomorrow. So hopefully all ok.

Despite turning up at the agreed time…

Despite turning up at the agreed time we had to wait for over an hour for tyres to be fitted. The tyres weren’t inflated to the manufacturers recommended pressure and on tyre was completely deflated within 24 hrs.

Excellent service

Excellent service

Excellent service, I really did not know what the problem was with my tyres but within an hour,, it was all sorted - puncture traced and new tyre fitted.
Took note of how many miles I do a year and sorted reasonably priced tyre. Would certainly use again!

Experience was OK

Experience was OK. However, staff were not able to give the discounts advertised on the web site. Some of us like to make a face to face purchase. Shame to miss out on advertised discounts. Is this an misleads advertising/web site?

Easy to book online

Easy to book online. Dropped my car off at 15.00 and collected it by 16.00. The punctured tyre was successfully repaired and saved a significant sum compared with having to replace it. Helpful staff and a professional service.

Easy booking. Good service. Reasonable pricing.
The only missed is forgot to return my screw caps (just come back with standard black plastic one)

Puncture

Couldn't get in the day I wanted due to them being so busy but once I got an appointment car was in, looked at, fixed and returned very promptly with a fair price.
Staff were friendly and gave advise also.
