They ask questions and check around the periphery of a service or repair. Rather than just doing the bare minimum, which doesn't really sort your car issues.

Took a loose wheel in for a tyre…
Took a loose wheel in for a tyre change, tyre purchased from yourself. Tyre had deflated next day. Examination at the depot showed crack in alloy. Worn tyre was fully inflated when brought in, can only assume wheel was damaged as a result of tyre replacement. Now having to purchase new wheel or have wheel specialist repair.

Brilliant Air Con Service
I had a free air con check at the Newport branch, easy to book online which is a bonus. They told me I needed a regas and did it there and then, I wasn't waiting very long. They also informed me of a price deal and I got it done at a very good price. Good customer service all round, I would definitely go back 😃

Very good
Very good. Recommended a good tyre when the one I wanted wasn't available. Sorted out the shake I was getting. Now getting better MPG which is either the tyre or the alignment or both.
Only issue is I never got a printout from the alignment machine.
