Very friendly staff. The gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful, and the staff working on our car were thorough and attentive. Excellent service and would go back. Thank you!

One of the female staff on reception lacked basic customer service skills.Trying hard to push extra sales in an agressive manner.Did not like that.
Mot failure that could not be repaired for 2 weeks due to lack of staff. The price of job needed £436 .Went to another garage and it cost £200 less for same job.Protyre margins unrealistic
Please do not cut and paste your standard answer of contact us to discuss .You had your chance to be bothered about my experience when the car was brought in.Score would have been 1 but only changed it as interaction with mot mechanic was very good.

My time slot was previously booked but that had no effect on the reality. Work didn’t start until around 45 minutes after the booking time!
The work itself was excellent.
The desk staff member was brisk and officious (not a people person)
I left my car in for M O T and on day of appointment arrived reception was good told time taken for MOT and offered to wait or be called when finished. Pleasant staff and good explanation of condition of vehicle.

Very efficient and work completed in a timely manor
Great prices and service as always 👍
Happy customer 🙂
Good service from Protyre, tyres not the cheapest option but I wanted the same as was already on my van, so I paid for it.
Good advice from them, and as I was buying 2 tyres, they did a puncture repair free of charge, which I appreciated.
I’d use them again.
It was a quick and effective repair and a very fair price.
I booked in to have two new tyres fitted at 10am. At 11am my car hadn’t moved from where I parked it. We went to a local supermarket to use the loos as the office was so scruffy, old and dirty so I didn’t fancy finding out the condition of the toilet. When we arrived back my car was being fitted with the tyres. Eventually my surname was shouted out, no explanation for the delay, no apologies.

I was seen very quickly and solved the problem with a quick check, free of charge! Thank you ☺️
Managed to get an appointment the same day, two new tyres and an alignment done at a decent price.
Nice to see wheel bolts being tightened with a torque wrench too, as opposed to being over tightened when all the ‘ugger duggers’ are deployed via the impact wrench.
Welcoming, listen and explain!!!!
Believe me it is lovely to be able to talk with a female about My little car, a woman in what is usually a Mans's world!!!! Congratulations.
But the men with you are very kind, I am met every time with politeness and help.
A great big ThankYou
Great service and value for money, you can’t go wrong
This was the 1st time I've purchased tyres through the Protyre site, great choice of tyres available at competitive prices with discounts for buying 2 tyres, the fitting company was local to me Harolds in Penrith you are able to choose a date and time to arrive, fitted in a timereasonable time, whilst you wait, on completion the fitter fully checked the tread depth and wear on remaining tyres also all the brake discs and pads and prepared a comprehensive written report, overall a great service all round, will definitely use Protyre/Harolds Penrith again
Very busy outlet, but staff were friendly, professional and helpful and was fitted in, a bit later than booked, but it wasn't a problem.
